Hunt availability will be confirmed by e-mail or mail. A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of e-mail confirmation to guarantee your hunt date. A personal check is accepted for deposits only.

Additional Hunt Booking Details

The balance of the hunt fees are payable in cash, or certified check 60 days prior to your hunt.  Your tag requirements must accompany payment as we will purchase them on your behalf.

Deposits are not refundable but can be transferred to another hunter when confirmed in writing 60 days prior to the scheduled hunt date.

With confirmation of booking we will provide a booking package that provides additional information regarding your hunt and answers many frequently asked questions. As other questions arise, please contact us at 250-287-0366.
